"It is with our sincerest apologies that we must advise you that we are implementing a recall of all Fireball SKUs with immediate effect... we have a compliance issue which was due to specific batches of the North American recipe being shipped to the European bottler. Whilst these batches comply with rules and regulations in the US, Canada, Australia and all other markets that we are aware of, this recipe contains higher levels of propylene glycol than permitted within the European Union. We have been working for the past few days with a public analyst and the FSA to ascertain which recipe had been shipped to the UK market. Regretfully, we have now been informed that a recall is necessary."
