Find out about volunteering with disadvantaged children on free holidays across the country
CHICKS provides free respite breaks for disadvantaged children from across the UK at our three retreats in Devon, Cornwall and Derbyshire. Children come for a 5-day residential break, supported by up to 6 volunteers each week.
CHICKS Managers Richard & Emily will be hosting the Volunteer Training Event for all volunteers—past, future & yet undecided— and will spend the day exploring what it is like volunteering at CHICKS; Children’s behaviour management workshop; a Games workshop and making sure all your questions about a CHICKS break are answered!
This will be a fun, interactive event with a chance to meet like-minded people!
