Things don't always go to plan when buying goods and services but you do always have rights.

 

Whether you have bought a faulty second hand car, are having problems with your internet provider, problems with on-line film and games, music downloads and e-books or your gas and electricity bill looks wrong or difficult to understand, ASK can help with information and advice.
