Your rights explained for goods and services you've purchased

Things don't always go to plan when buying goods and services but you do always have rights.

Whether you have bought a faulty second hand car, are having problems with your internet provider, problems with on-line film and games, music downloads and e-books or your gas and electricity bill looks wrong or difficult to understand, ASK can help with information and advice. We can also give practical help such as making telephone calls, negotiating with traders and helping you to draft letters.

The Citizens Advice Consumer Service website also has a wealth of information, practical tips and template letters to help you resolve your issues.
