External Speakers

If you are planning on inviting someone to speak at your society event you will need to apply on their behalf 6 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. When booking a room please make sure you tick the External Speaker box in the Booking Hub form. Below are important stages to help get your speaker approved:

1)Your first point of call is to meet with the SU Activities Department. Chris & Tom will chat with you about the speakers involved and get as much information from you as possible.

2)Next you will be asked to complete a form- you MUST submit this to the Activities team. This will be the first stage of your application and you should not presume that the speakers have been approved. Once we have your application we will then decide whether to approve it or pass it onto the next stage of consideration.
