Keele Drama Society returns to the Edinburgh Fringe with Hangnail, a funny and emotional story about music and feminism.
Following last year’s five-star production in Edinburgh, Keele Drama Society returns with a new 'interesting and thought-provoking production' (Audience review for Doors Opening, 2018). Four musicians bond over their love of music and decide to form a band together. United by their romantic misadventures and unappealing ex-boyfriends, you will follow the rise of this upcoming band taking their success forward incredibly quickly in yet another 'perfectly formed and pleasingly executed' (UKTW.co.uk for Doors Opening, 2018) production by Keele Drama Society. Written by the writer of our 2017 show, Hangnail will make you laugh, sing, cry and much much more.
Keele Drama Society have attended the Edinburgh fringe festival consistently since 2015 now, and are excited to return to the city with Hangnail. We're also looking for a student-written script to take up in the summer of 2020, so if you are interested please get in touch.
