Although a new society, Tea Party has already reviewed the process for their events, refining activities for students to have more time socialising around the activities. They have also changed the times and methods of selling tickets and taken advantage of KeeleSU marketing, all of which was done as a result of reviewing past and other activities. They have also used this review to identify areas which they can collaborate with other societies.
Tea Party have been actively involved in the democratic processes of KeeleSU with representatives at AGMs, UGMs and Society Forums, as well as ensuring all society committee members KeeleSU core society training and Effective Communication, Event Planning and HEAR training and ensured all this information is feed back to members.
In addition, as Tea Party registered as an official society over the summer, they created a constitution which has been refined and edited throughout the term.
