Researcher Volunteer

This opportunity is ongoing, with no end date.

Client satisfaction is fundamental in our approach to those we help. It is vital that we understand the level of satisfaction those accessing our service experience. Working closely with our Project Lead you will design and produce a client focussed survey. Assisting with both distribute and collation of completed surveys.

You will need strong IT skills along with research and analytical experience.  To work alongside the project lead to:

  • To determine objectives of the survey with the project lead to develop the survey
  • Pre – Test the Survey
  • Distribute the survey to service users
  • Collate surveys
  • Analyse the data
