eBay Assistant

This opportunity is ongoing, with no end date.

We are looking for enthusiastic eBay Assistants, to help us to list donated items on our online charity eBay shop.

About us

We are a small, local charity based in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. We support vulnerable adults, children and their families to reach their potential.

Often we hear that vulnerable children and adults are told that things are not possible – It’s not possible for them to go on an adventure, have fun and do things that other people can do.  As a charity, we believe that everyone should be given the same opportunities. We believe that everyone has the right to access activities in the community on their own terms.

Our main aim is to make the impossible possible!

Main Tasks
Packing and posting customer parcels
Customer service skills including dealing with questions and queries
Writing brief product descriptions
Creating listings on eBay
