If you're moving out of your university halls or you have some unwanted items that you would like to donate this email is for you!
The Great Donate scheme allows students to donate unwanted items instead of throwing them into landfill!
Last year on top of thousands of individual donations of clothing, kitchen equipment and other items we also collected 3 TONNES of food bank donations.
Here are the ways you can help out and donate:
In your halls kitchen, there should be a bread tray for you to leave items in when you leave. These should be on the countertop in your kitchen. If you don't have one OR if yours is full please email TheGreatDonate@Keele.ac.uk
If you live off campus but would still like to donate food you can leave it in the food bank box in the chapel entrance way.
Kitchen equipment & other items!
You can donate kitchen equipment and other miscellaneous items via your nearest social space;
Use our map to see where your nearest donation point is!
Over the years we have taken in so many random items and we usually find a home for all of it! - If it's clean and not broken, we'll take it!
Clothes, books and more!
If you have any other items such as books or clothes there are collection points across campus from the British Heart Foundation and the Library. Look at our map for details -->
If you have anymore questions please email myself or TheGreatDonate@keele.ac.uk
