We are hosting weekly gymnastics classes at Dimensions Leisure Centre, led by our qualified Level 2 coach. These sessions include a fun group warm-up, followed by focused floor activities and the chance to work on the vault, bars, and beam. Classes cost just £3.50 per week to cover facility hire, and tickets will be available weekly on a first-come, first-serve basis via the SU website.

In these sessions you will have the opportunity to relearn old gymnastics skills as well as learn new ones! We are also taking part in university competitions and our Wednesday class will be focused on the competition team. You are required to be a member of gymnastics society to attend these sessions. You can purchase your membership on the SU website.

If transport is an issue, don’t worry—let us know, and we’ll help organise car shares. If you can drive and are happy to car share for us please let us know! Car shares will be shared on the whatsapp group on a weekly basis.

This class can be attended by anyone, no matter your age, gender or gymnastics abilities/experience, we would LOVE to see everyone there! There isn't any required clothing for you to wear just make sure to wear comfy and non-restrictive clothing to allow you to move around properly.If you own gymnastics leotards you wish to wear, go ahead! As long as you are comfortable!

Please remember to bring lots of water for every session! As well as any gymnastics equipment (if owned) that you may require during the session.
