Sports and Exercise Medicine

Welcome to Keele Sports and Exercise Medicine Society!

This society is dedicated to providing talks, events and providing knowledge on everything Sports medicine, in the hope to inspire more medics to become interested in the subject and gain some knowledge that the medicine curriculum doesn't provide.

There will be talks, either in person or on teams with sports doctors who are experts in their fields and wanting to help medical students gain interest in their speciality. There will be a big career events night at the end of the academic year where there will be many sports doctors in Keele, and people can go and have a chat with them about their sport and how to get involved in that - this will be subject to the availbility of the doctors.

Every week, on our instagram - ksemsociety - there will be a knowledge post about something Sports and Exercise Medicine related that is not taught in the usual medicine curriculum to further expand the knowledge of the people that are interested in this.
