We are a newly founded society with a mission to bridge the gap between the fields of medicine and the cutting-edge technological advancements shaping our world today. Our primary goal is to position students at the forefront of innovation within healthcare, allowing them to harness their entrepreneurial and creative instincts.

Our society is open to all students from diverse backgrounds, including STEM and healthcare.

What is MedTech?

MedTech represents the future of medicine: it has the potential to revolutionize all aspects of healthcare and can offer solutions to the current problems we face today by supporting and helping to deliver better care for patients.

It is an exciting career path which includes biotechnology, artificial intelligence, telemedicine, software development and medical devices. 

Activities

Throughout the year, we have a dynamic lineup of educational and interactive activities planned including workshops and teaching sessions designed to explain the multifaceted world of MedTech and how you can actively engage with it.

Our aim is to equip you with insights and knowledge that will culminate in our most significant event at the end of the year: the MedTech Hackathon. This will be a day event where you will apply all you have learnt during the year to brainstorm and develop solutions to challenging problems in healthcare today.
