The Eastern European Society is a newly founded student society created to bring people together, build friendships, and celebrate the rich cultures, traditions, and backgrounds of Eastern Europe.

Our aim is to create a welcoming community for students from an Eastern European background to connect with others, share their traditions, and celebrate the cultures that bring us together. However, you don't have to be Eastern European to join! The society is open to all students who are curious about Eastern Europe, interested in its cultures and traditions, or simply want to meet new people and become part of a growing community.

Founded this year, the society is constantly and rapidly developing, and we want our members to play a real part in shaping what it becomes. Together with the committee, the ideas, interests, and involvement of our members will influence the events we organise and the direction the society takes.

As we grow, we'll be organising regular socials, cultural events, celebrations, activities, and opportunities to meet new people, with plenty more to come.
