Welcome to Aerial Dance Society!

Hi, throughout the year we'll be running a wide range of classes from pole and sexy pole to flexibility classes to aerial silks, and aerial hoop.  We aim to provide all members with the skills and knowledge of pole and aerial dance so that they can confidently perform and have fun in the process. We have a very strong emphasis on inclusion with the belief that aerial is for anybody with any body!, and therefore welcome anyone who is interested in learning. Whether you're an experienced learner or can't touch your toes! We strongly encourage you to join us, as aerial dance and pole will not only help in the physical sense but is a great way to socialise and meet new people through the number of socials and fundraisers we will have throughout the year. We hope to see you there!

11:45am intermediate/advanced pole

12:45pm improvers pole

1:45pm sexy pole

2:45pm beginners pole

3:45pm beginners pole

Saturday:

2:30pm intermediate/advanced aerial

3:30pm flexibility 

Sunday:

2:30pm improvers aerial

3:30pm beginners aerial

4:30pm beginners aerial 

All classes held in the K2 unless specifically stated otherwise.
