Men’s basketball at Keele involves not only playing league games in the BUCS, but also training hard and having fun!

Keele's AU Men's basketball team currently has two teams in BUCS and has had recent success against Staffs Uni in Varsity. This all came from hard work and teamwork, a must for this team! However, the basketball season is only 50% of what Keele Basketball is about. This is an amazing chance to become part of an enthusiastic team whilst honing in on improving your skills in the process. Whether you’ve played at the national league level or have never played before, join us!

Training sessions for the team will commence at the beginning of the semester on Saturdays and Mondays, with BUCS games commencing in mid-October.

Basketball is a fast-paced team sport, and we would love to see a lot of new faces in the club. We have many social events throughout the year, including joint socials with the Women’s team, with lots of interesting themes, there will be something for everyone! If you’re interested in a fast, high-tempo sport, with great teamwork and a chance to make great friends, basketball is the one for you!
