Hello and welcome to KMTS!

Each year we put on two exciting shows. In semester 1, we perform our first show, Kabaret which features a collection of 20 musical theatre songs to help members build skills and confidence in singing, dancing, and acting—all while supporting a chosen charity. This show allows for many solo opportunities - with many set aside for freshers - to allow the cast to showcase their talents across a wide range of styles, voices, and genres. Our semester 2 production is a full musical, with past hits including Grease (2017), Fame (2018), High School Musical (2019), Mean Girls (2022), Wonderland (2023), Mamma Mia (2024), and most recently Anastasia (2026)!

Whether you're into singing, dancing, acting, or just want to try something new, KMTS is the place for you! We welcome all levels of experience and also offer some amazing socials. Join us for fun, inclusive rehearsals and unforgettable shows with a group of people who share a love for musical theatre!

We are an award-winning society, winning the title of Best New Society in 2014 and Most Improved Society in 2017 and nominated for this award again in 2024! Multiple members of our amazing committee have also been nominated for awards such as 'committee member of the year'! These are achievements we are extremely proud of and we hope to continue to take our society from strength to strength in the years to come.
