Taekwondo is a Korean Martial art, famous for its explosive kicking and flying techniques.

The classes are designed for you to get the most from your Taekwondo, and you will develop your fitness, flexibility, strength, stamina as you learn Taekwondo, which is an effective form of self-defence.  You will also develop your confidence, awareness, and assertiveness, and you will find it's an excellent way to meet new people, and have fun - it's ideal for anyone starting Taekwondo, or for people who have previously trained.
