Strength and Conditioning
Thursday    6pm - 7pm    [Sports Centre]

As a club we have this session for players to use the Strength and Conditioning room to improve and prepare for matches. The cost is £5 per month or free if you have a Gym Membership. This is not something covered in the cost of the membership as it is on a per person basis.

Join hundreds of players for a week of fun, sun, sea and beach volleyball in Portugal! Participate in our camp timetable and work closely with our world class coaching teams, no matter the skill-level. Want to come for the social aspect? Well then get ready to party all night long in fancy-dressed outfits with your club and other clubs around the country!
