Womens Rugby

Women’s Rugby is an ever-growing club at Keele made up of welcoming and friendly girls that have a passion for playing rugby and promoting it as a sport for women as well as men.

We have our 1st XV team playing in the BUCS Northern 2A league which we have remained in after moving up from being undefeated during the 22/23 season, as well as a development side of the club meaning we have more than enough room for anyone, from those who have never picked up a rugby ball before to those who have played most of their lives.

    At KUWRFC we will support you in anyway we can in getting you on the pitch, no matter your skill level. We have a lot of positive feedback every week saying how welcome people are made to felt, especially those who have never played before! 

    If rugby isn't your thing we even have a social membership for those who'd like to join in for the social side of the sport! We have socials every single week on a Wednesday and they are great for team bonding and to unwind, especially after a match day.

Sunday: 13:30 - 15:30 on the Grass to the right of the sports centre
Monday: 20:00 - 22:00 on the MUGA 
Friday: 18:00 - 19:30 on the Grass to the right of the sports centre
