How ASK stores your information
Under the Data Protection Act 2018, ASK needs your consent to store your information and use it in a number of ways. We will ask you to provide consent on an annual basis to ensure our records remain up-to-date. Your information will not be available to anyone outside of the ASK Confidentiality Policy and we will not pass your details on to a third party unless you give us permission to do so.
ASK will keep your information for 6 years following your last contact with us, unless you ask us to destroy your records earlier than this. Or unless we are obliged to keep the file for longer to meet specific legislation. You can request to see the information we hold on you at any time, you can do this in writing or verbally. Your request will be processed within 30 calendar days upon receipt of a fully completed form and proof of identity. Our Confidentiality Policy provides more information on your rights in relation to us storing your information and is available on this website in the ASK Policies section.
