Quantifying a claim - training session for advisors and those supporting students to quantify financial damages for breach of contract.
Are you helping students to make a complaint about the service they have received from their university? Do you work for an advice service? Are you an officer wanting to know more about the nature of the legal relationship between student and provider? Are you a line manager wanting clarity to help supervise advisors?
This Barrister-led training (delivered via Teams) is designed to help advisors and those working with students to quantify the financial damages arising from breach of contract. This training is offered at a SPECIAL introductory fee of £39.99 per person. If this event is popular, more sessions like this will be made available in future months.
Those who have signed up and paid will receive a Teams link in advance of the session.
There is a minimum of 15 people needed to pay for the training to go ahead. If, by the closing date advertised (6th Sept) there are fewer than 15 people signed up, the training will be cancelled and refunds will be given, in full.
