Concert Band have worked on a number of projects throughout the year that involved not just other societies at Keele, but also in the Midlands
Concert Band have worked on a number of projects throughout the year that involved not just other societies at Keele, but also in the Midlands hosting two concerts and social events with ‘Wolverhampton Concert Band’, a partnership which will be continued in the future.
The society have also worked with the local community this year to provide the music for the ‘Christmas Lights’ event in Newcastle town centre, as well as playing a separate vent ‘A Night at the Musicals’ with the Newcastle Male Voice Choir.
In addition, the society have supported Keele University at events such as Community Day, developing the amount of people in the local community who have seen their band.
