The Quidditch Society has made considerable efforts since the society started to highlight the unique nature of what they do within Keele, locally and nationally.
The Quidditch Society has made considerable efforts since the society started to highlight the unique nature of what they do within Keele, locally and nationally. In the academic year 2012/13, Keele Quidditch has had an active role in four local schools and regularly teaches an alternate P.E lesson. This was recognised in the local paper and online.
Keele Quidditch has also expanded beyond Keele, with a number of active members who are not Keele members or staff. These members are made up of alumni players and remain active within the society.
The society is keen to showcase what they do at various big community events, most recently providing a demonstration at Keele Community Day 2013, where people were encouraged to take part in the Quidditch taster session.
