We are proud to announce that we have once again received Gold accreditation in the NUS Best Bar None awards.

Supported by the Home Office, the Best Bar None accreditation scheme aims to recognise, promote and reward venues that practice excellent social responsibility and venue management.

This year we also placed 3rd nationally, meaning we have been recognised as one of the safest student union venues in the country.

Jade Cioffi, Development & Democracy Officer 2023/24: “The Best Bar None award shows Keele SU's commitment to night-time safety, creating a safe and inclusive environment and putting students at the forefront of everything we do. The safety of students is incredibly important to us, and we continue to work hard to ensure their time at Keele is friendly and welcoming.”

The safety of our students is our highest priority, and this award recognises the amazing efforts of our staff, stewards, first aiders and bar teams in ensuring you have a safe and enjoyable time in our venues.

Well done to all the teams involved!
