Information on shop delivery and returns


All prices displayed are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20%, the customer shall be responsible for any duties or local taxes. Prices may
vary from those in store, you will be charged the price displayed on the website when ordering online.

Out of Stock

We endeavour to check stocks daily. However, in the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you to advise of an expected delivery date, at which point you may choose to accept or cancel the order.


We post goods both in the UK and Internationally. Goods are normally dispatched via Royal Mail services for UK orders on a second-class delivery.

International shipping varies on location.


Please contact us before returning any goods.

We offer refunds or exchanges within 28 days, and you can either send the items back to us or return them to our store.

If you're posting items back to us, enclose a short note explaining what is wrong with your item. Once received, we will process your request within 10 working days and send you a refund confirmation email. Allow about 5 working days for payment to appear on your statement.

Faulty Goods

If the goods received are faulty or do not match the description on the website, once the item is received back by us we will replace where possible or refund the value of the item. We will also refund you the cost of returning the item via standard mail services. 


Unsuitable Goods

If the goods received are unsuitable, e.g. wrong size, we will replace or refund the value of the goods only. Return carriage costs are to be paid by the customer. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original conditions.
