How do I return an item?

We offer refunds or exchanges within 28 days, and you can either send the items back to us or return them to our store.

If you're posting items back to us, enclose a short note explaining what is wrong with your item. Once received, we will process your request within 10 working days and send you a refund confirmation email. Allow about 5 working days for payment to appear on your statement.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original conditions.
 

How much is postage

We charge a flat rate of £5 for postage inside the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to send overseas at present.
 

What if I have received a faulty item?

This isn't what we like to hear at all, we're really sorry. Please call us on: 01782 733710
or email su.operations@keele.ac.uk so we can resolve this as soon as possible.
 

Can I personalise my hoodie for my club or society?

Yes! Not a problem. Pop into our store and we'll be happy to help.

Do you offer a student discount

As we're not for profit, all our products are priced to be super good value, so the student discount is already included! Whenever we can reduce prices or make things even cheaper we will, so keep your eyes peeled for some bargains.
