Start 2 Success: Session Leaders

This opportunity takes place between 21 Oct 2020 and 19 Dec 2020.

This year a new programme called Start 2 Success has launched hoping to put out events promoting wellbeing and mental health throughout the year. As such we are hoping to be able to work with individuals or societies who can lead such sessions/events or related campaigns. We really want to work with students to put on events or run campaigns you can relate to and will benefit the actual student population, not just what we think sounds good. That is why we would really love your involvement! Ideas of such sessions we would hope to promote include (but not limited to): - Cookery - Creative (crafting, music, acting etc) - Activity based (sport, stretching, yoga etc) - Mindfulness - Exploration of the campus/local area - Educational campaigns/raising awareness Whether you’d want to work with us to run a live (online) session, pre-recorded or form a series of documents/worksheets we could promote we would love to hear from you.

‘Start to Success’ is a 2-year project which aims to develop a whole community approach to support the mental health and wellbeing of students, led by Keele and Staffordshire University.
