Information & Digital Services (IDS) is looking to create a network of student Digital Champions from across the University. The network members are from across the institution, who come together to support each other and share knowledge and best practice.
Information & Digital Services (IDS) is looking to create a network of student Digital Champions from across the University, and is looking for student volunteers for this network.
The network would be a student equivalent to an existing staff network which has been in place since September 2020. This network has proved to be incredibly successful, with colleagues from across the institution coming together to support each other and share knowledge and best practice.
Students would be kept up-to-date with technical innovation at the University, be given bespoke training and support from colleagues in IDS, and would be able to have their say about digital training provision and take part in early adoption of IT technologies.
This network would also present an opportunity for students to enhance their digital skills and get to know peers from across the institution, building relationships and communities with like-minded individuals.
