Nurture CIC Volunteer Event - Meadow maintenance

Want to take part in improving biodiversity on campus?? Join us for our Woodmeadow Walk maintenance event as we prepare the meadow for winter.... We'll be raking the strimmed meadow to the back under the trees, sowing wildflower seeds and planting bulbs ready for the spring!

Based in the Denise Coates, ic6, Business School Building on Keele Campus, Nurture CIC are a company that relies upon a team of volunteers to help maintain our places of happiness. The Woodmeadow Walk provides, students, staff and the local community an opportunity to explore nature right on our doorstep. Increasing biodiveristy on campus, the meadow needs continual work throughout the year to keep up our sustainable efforts and we need your help!

We will be raking the strimmed meadow to create a compost area as well as sowing wildflower seeds and planting bulbs ready for the spring.
