Carbon Literacy Project - Keele facilitator

This opportunity is ongoing, with no end date.

The Carbon Literacy Project encourages peer-to-peer training for Carbon Literacy. By supporting Carbon Literacy training at Keele you will be able to join the Carbon Literacy Trainer Certification Scheme.

By volunteering you will hopefully be able to showcase the following skills:

  • A certified CLF will have a level of experience and expertise in either arranging, organising and supporting and communicating a training initiative for learners to meet the Standard, and/or assisting with the direct delivery of training and supporting learners in a face to face environment.

 

Carbon Literacy: “An awareness of the carbon dioxide costs and impacts of everyday activities, and the ability and motivation to reduce emissions, on an individual, community and organisational basis.”

Training available from the Carbon Literacy Project directly. Train the trainer training available at Keele. Mentoring available from current Carbon Literacy Facilitators and trainers at Keele.
