Your Union

We Are A Charity Run By Students For Students. Get the most out of your student union with activities, support, and resources designed for you. Your experience, your rules.
In the building, we run a number of services such as bars, food and coffee outlets, a Co-Op store and a print service. Every week there are different day time and night time events for you to come along to. We are an independent charity so our officers, that are elected by students every year, represent student views to the university. We also run lots of opportunities for students to do fun stuff and develop their skills such as volunteering, sports clubs and hundreds of student societies. Additionally, we offer an advice service called Advice & Support at Keele (ASK for short) on the ground floor that can support and advise students should any issues arise whilst you're studying here.

What We Do //

Amplify the voice of students

We ensure that the Keele Student voice is heard across the University, within the local community and in wider society. We do this by supporting a broad range of student representatives within the Union and from each from academic reps within each of the University’s academic programmes.

Facilitate and support a wide range of student activities

We provide the support, facilities and other resources to enable students to set up and develop their own societies, sports clubs, volunteering projects and other student interest groups. More than half of all Keele students are a member of at least one of these groups

Provide services and facilities for students

We deliver a wide range of services that support students whilst they study, prepare them for their future careers, and help them have fun and make friends. The Keele SU Union building offers a wide range of facilities for our students to use. These include study and social spaces, bookable meeting spaces, bars and cafés.
