Tools for Voice Reps

Voice Reps are the link between schools and their students, helping feed back to schools on the issues students are facing and more.

πŸ‘‹ Welcome from Your Education Officer

Hi! I’m Matt, your Education Officer. I’m here to support your studies and help you get the most out of your time at Keele. I was a Student Voice Rep myself, so I know how powerful this role can be. You’re now part of a team that helps shape the student experience — and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

πŸŽ“ What Is a Student Voice Rep?

As a Student Voice Representative (SVR), you:

  • Represent your coursemates
  • Gather and share feedback
  • Attend Student Staff Voice Committees (SSVCs)
  • Communicate outcomes back to students

You’re the vital link between students and staff — helping ensure student voices are heard and acted on.

🧠 What You’ll Do

  • βœ… Complete online training
  • βœ… Attend SSVC meetings (up to 4 per year)
  • βœ… Gather feedback from your peers
  • βœ… Share updates after meetings
  • βœ… Get involved in wider SU activities

πŸ’¬ Tip: It’s not about your opinion — it’s about representing your coursemates.
