An academic society set up to provide support for BSc, MChem, Single or Dual honours Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry students.

If you study BSc, MChem, Single and dual honours Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry or just have an interest in chemistry then this is the society for you!
Keele Chemical Sciences Society (KCSS) is a society dedicated to providing the scientist of the future with a chance to break from the academic pressures and socialise outside of labs!
We aim to put on great socials and events to give members a chance to meet and have a good time. During your course you have to do group work, this is much easier if you actually know the people within your group.
Events include many many socials throughout the year, as well as quiz nights, and of course the end of year ball which you will get discounted tickets as memebers. The end of year ball plans are already well under way (we've got a date, a venue and much more planned out...but that's a secret for now!!).
We also aim to enhance our students' studies by organising volunteering opportunities.
If you have any questions please contact the society at

We are forensic students but did not want to see the society go without reaffiliation and so we've stepped in. So please feel free to drop us a message if there is anything at all we can do to support you in any way we can.
