Model United Nations (MUN) is a simulation of the United Nations system allowing you to role-play as a UN delegate. In each session, we discuss a current event and debate policy solutions.

Model United Nations (MUN) is a simulation of the United Nations system where you role-play being a UN delegate!

Keele Model United Nations offers the opportunity for students to participate in Model United Nations events held domestically and internationally.
 
No prior experience is needed and everyone is welcome to join the society. Delegates are exposed to the fast-paced world of debates and policy decision-making, centering on a wide spectrum of issues ranging from geopolitical and military topics to humanitarian and international law concerns. MUN is organised to allow you to debate and represent various nations and taking part in MUN will provide you with geopolitical knowledge, as well as enhance your public speaking skills. You'll be surprised at how intense and fun it can be!
 
In the past we have held a variety of fun and exciting events, including:
- Game of Thrones Crisis Session
- Halloween Zombie Crisis Session

 We host annual Halloween themed events - in 2020, it was a zombie outbreak scenario!
