Easter is a Christian festival which celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

This event is to recognise the observance / liberation day(s) that Keele SU is able to celebrate in this academic year.

Whilst we do wish to recognise each of these events, our staff team is unable to organise an activity for them all. If you wish to organise something yourself or with a group of other students' and need some guidance and / or support, just let us know!

Ramadan: 22nd March midnight - 20th April midnight; Taking place from sundown on March 22nd until sundown on April 20th in 2023, Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, observed by Muslims worldwide as a month of fasting, prayer, reflection and community.

Palm Sunday: 2nd April midnight - 11:59pm; This commemorates the entrance of Jesus into Jerusalem (Matthew 21:1–9), when palm branches were placed in his path, before his arrest on Holy Thursday and his crucifixion on Good Friday.
