This event is run by Book Club

Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF) is a non-political organisation with over 3 decades of experience, providing medical care and diverse assistance to countless children in the Middle East. At present, PCRF's impactful initiatives include the establishment of two pediatric cancer departments in Palestine, a new Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and a pediatric cardiology department in Ramallah. As the humanitarian crisis continues in Gaza, it is the responsibility of us all as individuals who are lucky enough to be safe and fed, to help wherever possible.

We have decided to raise money in the form of a book sale, compiling donated books from students and the general public alike - hopeful that this event will gain traction. 

It is our hope that alongside raising money, this event may also encourage non-readers to kick-start a reading habit and enable students to unwind with pre-loved literature over the exam season in between studies, as well as add to avid readers' collections.

If donations come at the rate we are all hoping, we will be stationed under a shelter with tables full of books of all genres from 10am-5pm being sold for proces ranging from 50p-£2 so please do come along at any point during the day.
