The Summer Ball is BACK! 

After consulting with the new Sports Club Events Committee it has been decided that we will be going to the DoubleTree Hilton in Hanley. With space for 400 guests this will be a night to remember, your ticket will include:

• 3-course meal
• Arrival Drink (glass of fizz or bottled beer/soft drink)
• Team Photographs
• DJ & Dancefloor
• Transport from DoubleTree to SU (from 11pm)
• Entry to SU Afterparty

TICKETS GO ON SALE:

10am, Monday 28th April (Committee Members)

3pm, Monday 28th April (All club members)

For those who have not attended a AU Ball before please be aware of the following:

• Tickets sell out fast! You need to be quick to get yours in time. We only have 400 seats so unfortunately; we can't host everyone.
• Dress code: our events are black tie, so dress to impress. Look at some past photos on the Team Keele Facebook page to see the sort of thing we mean.
• Bottles of wine can be pre-ordered in advance, so you don't have to queue for the bar. You buy this when you buy your ticket. This is not refundable, and you cannot change your choice on the day.
• Please let us know any allergens/dietary requirements when you purchase your ticket, so we can make sure you get the right meal.
• If you are part of multiple teams, you can only pick one to sit with, so start thinking now!
• If you can no longer make the event, you can either get a refund and your ticket goes to the next person on our waiting list or you can swap your ticket with someone else. In each scenario you must email su.athleticunion@keele.ac.uk to let us know.
• If you miss out on a ticket we will start a waiting list (email us!), when tickets become free we will allocate these in order of who got in touch first.
