Come to our first session of the year for free! Find out what we're all about, how we work with St John Ambulance, how you can volunteer and what we have planned for the year. 

Most importantly, you'll get hands-on and learn how to perform CPR and complete a primary survey, with plenty of opportunity to have a go and ask questions. Come along, meet the committee and get a taste of what we have to offer before deciding whether to join!
