Event Planning & Logistics

• You must have the legal right to advertise the content in your event listing.
• Ensure you have permission to use all content and that Keele SU has the right to display it.
• You are responsible for checking your listing for accuracy. Keele SU is not liable for errors in submitted content.

Your listing must not:

• Be false, misleading, or inaccurate.
• Link to competing websites.
• Contain offensive, abusive, or defamatory content.
• Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Promote counterfeit or illegal goods.
• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Include obscene or pornographic material.
• Disrupt or impair the functionality of the Keele SU website.

• Each event should be listed only once with correct spelling and grammar.
• Repeated unsuitable listings may be removed.
• Keele SU may suspend events that breach these conditions.
• Notify Keele SU and update your listing within 24 hours if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
• Only committee members or the original advertiser can request changes or deletions.

• Keele SU is not liable for economic loss, including loss of revenue, contracts, or reputation.
• You agree to indemnify Keele SU against claims arising from your breach of these terms or third-party rights.

Submit a separate risk assessment for any event not covered by your general society risk assessment. You can find the form here.

• Keele SU will refund the face value of tickets sold through them.
• All refunded amounts will be deducted from the society's account.
